Leader to support key strategic initiatives to expand Bethesda’s reach and increase impact.
Milwaukee – Nisha Gandhi, a longtime business development consultant and executive, has been named Vice President of Development for Bethesda. In this role, she will oversee development as well as support the expansion and execution of key strategic initiatives designed to expand the organization’s reach in a financially sustainable way.
Gandhi previously served as a Business Development Consultant for Bethesda, as well as interim VP of Philanthropy. “Since joining the team in January, Nisha has quickly added value by working closely with operational leaders to expand select product lines,” said Dave Sneddon, Interim President and CEO. “She has brought valuable new thinking into the organization about how to refine our delivery model. Nisha’s efforts will align the services we offer to ensure we are meeting the needs of the whole person.”
Before joining Bethesda, Gandhi served as President of AXIM Fringe Solutions Group, an industry-leading compliance technology firm, as well as EVP Large Markets and Sales Operations for TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation). Gandhi also was a Senior Managing Director with Patina Solutions, partnering with health care leaders across the Midwest.

Gandhi earned her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago. Outside of work, she serves as chairperson of her local March of Dimes organization.
